August Meeting Minutes
The 8/2/11 meeting was called to order at 7:30 pm by Harlan Hock, Pres.
Old Minutes: 7/5/11 minutes were read by Leo; a motion was made and seconded to approve minutes as read.
Treasurers Report: Mark Bosworth has run off to Sturgis but he left the following report.
Treasurers Report:
Starting balance $1,418.82
Deposits $ 244.00
Current Balance $1,662.82
Membership Report: Just like before, Mark Bosworth is in Sturgis.
Old business:
Voted and approved ordering new shirts for new members. A t-shirt order form was passed around to the attendees
The EMU Christmas party was set at Sat, Dec 17th, 2011 to have the party with a buffet meal in the Moto Europa showroom.
A request was again made for the meeting reminder emails to go out further in advance of the meeting.
Attendees at the Mid Ohio Vintage days said attendance was down; the heat was oppressive. The only brands available to test ride were Kawasaki and Kymco.
Bob Fleming reported that there were about 75 bikes at vintage bike night, many of them vintage. Beer and burgers were available as well.
Kris Tucker Lowe submitted an article with photos of his Sherpa T restoration which will be in the newsletter in installments.
New Business:
It was asked if fish could be an option on the menu.
September meeting: Neville McNaughton will be talking about Burt Munro.
Bob Honz will present a program at the October meeting, topic yet to be determined.
Joe Brinkman will present a program on board trackers for the November meeting.

Membership dues for the coming year are being collected.
